One decade ago, three sisters envisioned a dream of starting a business together that would utilize our individual skill sets, creativity and work experience. The new business would need to uniquely meet a need in the market to help other businesses strengthen their brand and grow.
We researched online businesses and connected with several owners of these online businesses. We agreed to not carry inventory, and develop a one-of-a-kind online apparel business which would target the high school spirit market. This would allow students, staff and parents to order items individually on their own time. Our new business began on March 18, 2005, in the basement of one of our homes. We became established as “on Demand Apparel & Accessories”. Due to rapid growth, we soon moved to a full size office and warehouse facility within just a few months.
As we continued to grow, we found ourselves evolving from an online company into more of a direct, business-to-business company. Soon afterwards our target market shifted from schools to corporate businesses. In 2008, with a new vision from where we began, accompanied by re-branding, we changed our company’s name to on3 Promotional Partners. Today, on3 prides itself as being a full-service promotional marketing and incentive & loyalty company.
on3 is continually changing and adding new and improved services that will allow us to better serve our clients’ current and future needs. As you can see our story doesn’t end here, it just keeps getting better!
