We take pride that when anyone contacts us we respond promptly and typically within the same day or the very next day. When calling during business hours, there will always be someone available to help out in answering any questions. At on3, a client is more than just a client. We get to know them for who they are and some have become like family over the years. We make sure that we stay in touch with them on a regular basis throughout the year whether through emails or phone calls. We reach out to them not always about business…it might be to wish someone a happy birthday or anniversary…or how’s the family or grandkids doing. Perhaps sending a card because someone’s sick or having a baby or maybe getting married. This makes our relationship a more personable one. We like it this way and know that it doesn’t always work for everyone but when it does, it’s really wonderful. We also let them know that we truly appreciate their business.
